EULA - End User License Agreement

After an evaluation period of 14 days you must register System Analyser, or DELETE System Analyser.

REGISTRATION:
System Analyser installed on a Floppy:
Only the LICENCE HOLDER may use it on ONE computer at the SAME time.
System Analyser installed on a computer:
For EVERY computer, it is installed on, there has to be license agreement.
System Analyser installed on a network:
For EVERY computer on the network that uses System Analyser, there has to be a license agreement.
If it is not uses on a daily basis (like a start-up check): The MAXIMUM number of copies that will be running at the same time OR the number of USERS. The HIGHEST number must be registered.

LICENSE AGREEMENT:
You may not rent, lease, loan, lent, distribute, resell, modify, adapt, translate or create derivate works upon the System Analyser or any parts thereof.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the System Analyse to a human perceivable form.
You may not disclose this System Analyse to any third party without written approval of the author.
You take all reasonable precautions to preclude access of unauthorised persons to the System Analyser.
Hans Niekus retains title and ownership of the System Analyser that the licensee receive, and all the copies that is and will be made, regardless of the form.

EXCLUSIONS:
In spite of the extensive tests it is possible that the program will not
give you the correct data. This is due to a daily flow of new developments,
and because it is not possible to test all combinations.

I can not be held liable for decisions, and their outcome, taken on data,
obtained by this program.
This program is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty.
The entire risk as to quality and performance of these programs is with you.
Should the program prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all
necessary repair, servicing, or correction.
In no event will I be liable to you for any damages, including any
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use these
programs, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The contents of this program and its price can change without prior
notice at any moment.
